The Obama Civilian Police Are Ignoring the Constitution by Andrew Napolitano
In light of the governments recent use of computer equipment and networks owned by taxpayers to track their views, Constitutional free speech is in jeopardy. Establishing an email address and giving specific directions to spy and report on neighbors, friends, associates, or anyone who speaks out against Obamacare is unconstitutional. The First Amendment protects our speech: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. President Obama’s minions setting up a tip line is therefore illegal and a constitutional violation of our rights.
